Roller Grill CS 0 E Hot Dog Steamer is part of their range of Hot Dog Rollers, Steamers, and Stations. This professional hot dog machine is designed for continuous operation, delivering an impressive 60 hot dogs per hour, that’s a rate of one hot dog every minute.
This unit uses steam to perfectly cook fresh sausages. A 200mm diameter, 240mm tall glass cylinder with a stainless-steel lid offers clear visibility of the cooking process. A heating element under the Teflon tank ensures rapid water boiling and steam generation within the high-temperature glass enclosure.
Simply set the switch thermostat to “max” for a 15-minute preheating phase, then switch to the “continuous” position for non-stop cooking or “70°C” to keep cooked sausages warm. A compartmentalised basket holding up to 40 fresh sausages fits within the glass cylinder. The two compartments allow separation of raw and cooked sausages for optimal food safety.
