The BCC1 single-door model is ideal for areas with limited floor space, allowing for easy access and maximising every square foot.
For additional storage capacity, the BCC1-2D features two spacious drawers, perfect for frequently used ingredients or grab-and-go items.
For even greater functionality, the BCC1-PREP model takes the concept a step further. This single-door unit features a deeper counter with increased shelf space, ideal for prepping large quantities of ingredients. The true star, however, is the integrated saladette – an open-top GN well with a hinged cover. This allows for easy access to a variety of GN containers up to 150mm deep, perfect for storing prepped ingredients, vegetables, or even holding back-up stock. The BCC1-prep also includes a built-in cutting board, creating a dedicated food prep zone within your refrigerated counter.
