Brand new to our site is the latest range of solid element sealed hob cooktops from Blue Seal Evolution Series. Ideal for any busy commercial catering establishment either for use as a main or secondary cooking station.

Quality is as you would expect from Blue Seal. Overall construction is a welded hob with one-piece formed 2.0mm 304 stainless steel top.  Side panels and splashback also of high grade 1.2mm 304 stainless steel.

Additional features include powerful 2.6kw cast iron hot plate elements with thermal protection, power indicator lights for each element, a vitreous enamelled control panel, and aluminised steel internal construction.  These units are super simple to regulate thanks to the large, heat resistant control knobs that allow easy adjustment of heat settings.

With their stainless-steel external finish & one-piece worktop, cleaning and servicing could not be easier as access is available to all parts from the front of the unit.

Model options are Bench model, with Cabinet Base, on Leg Stand, and with Convection Oven or Static Oven below.
