Install Commercial Kitchen at Gressingham Foods
We were delighted to install a new commercial kitchen at Gressingham Foods for their talented chefs to create delicious duck recipes such as Chargrilled Duck Breast with Pickled Shitake Mushrooms using only the finest top quality Bressingham Duck. To match their top quality product we installed top of range equipment like the Rational SCC101E to enable them to cook the duck to perfection. Only the best equipment went into Gressingham, from refrigerated storage from Porkka to cooking with Sammic Vac Pack SE-410 and the Lincat Opus OE8008 electric range. And to clean all those empty plates they went for the British made DC SD50 dishwasher.
