The Rational CombiMaster series is ideal for anyone whom is looking for a hard-wearing and durable classic combi-steamer combination oven and wishes to operate it manually. The Rational CombiMaster CMP101E features a 10x 1/1 GN Gastronorm capacity and is well-suited to restaurants serving up to 80-150 meals per day.

Steam Mode Between (30c to 130c)
Featuring a high-performance fresh steam generator, you can cook without adding water and without waiting for it to boil. The constant cabinet temperature and maximum steam saturation achieved by the CombiMaster CMP101E guarantees a uniform and gentle cooking process.

Convection Air Mode (30c to 300c)
Constant hot air is provided at up to 300c and continuously circulated from all sides. This ensures even cooking and fantastic meat produce, even on full loads.

Combi-Steam Mode (30c to 300c)
Combine the modes to prevent food from drying, minimise loss and ensure even browning. This allows you to avoid up to 50% of normal cooking losses and with considerably shorter cooking times.

Finishing
The Rational Finishing system provides consistent decoupling of production and output. By providing complete control to create the optimum cooking climate, the Rational CMP101E CombiMaster Plus allows you to heat food very quickly without sacrificing quality.

Automatic Cleaning
With the new automatic cleaning function, the CombiMaster® Plus will make itself hygienically clean, even overnight if required.
