It was a pleasure to assist Old Hall Farm in Woodton, Norfolk with their new Cafe, shop and Deli.

Old Hall Farm are a Cow With Calf Dairy and Farm shop specialising in raw Jersey milk, cream & butter from their grass fed Jersey cows.  What sets this farm apart is that the cows are allowed to keep their calves with them.  A more ethical approach to farming resulting in happy cows, & happy calves, next to their mother, which has to mean much better dairy products and happy customers.

We helped Rebecca and Stuart Mayhew put in a brand new commercial kitchen to supply their cafe with delicious food using top quality products straight from their farm. All appliances had to be electric, and as is required we installed a new ventilation system. To ensure the commercial kitchen looked and functioned efficiently the walls were lined with hygienic Whiterock wall cladding and top quality British made stainless steel bespoke sinks and tabling from Moffat.

The extremely efficient Lincat OE8017 induction range was chosen to cook the food for the cafe.  Alongside the Lincat OE8303 electric salamader and the  Lincat OE8105 twin tank electric fryer .   A top of the range reconditioned Rational SCC61E completed the cooking equipment. Other quality equipment was the Sammic X-51BD dishwasher and the  Blizzard BCC3-ECO Counter fridge also offered additional prep space.
