GGF Motorised EASY 500 SM Dough Sheeter 4kG Capacity

Built in Italy using only Italian Components,  GGF are one of the best known makes for Pizza Equipment.  These machines are made following modern effectiveness and functionality criteria. They can work any type of dough, up to the thinnest thickness, thanks to rectified cylinders, the highly precise transmission and conveyor belts at differentiated speed. They have a steel structure with scratch proof white paint, wheel handling and liftable worktops for a minimal amount of space when the machine is switched off.

This is a motorised dough sheeter which means the machine does it all and creates a smoother dough.

The dough sheeter GGF Easy 500 SM allows you to roll out dough with a width of up to 496 mm. The thickness of the dough can be flexibly varied in the range from 1.28mm to 34mm. The pinch top roller is made of durable alloy and can be removed. The lower roller is adjustable over a wide range. It is also possible to change the direction of the rollers (reverse). The working surface of the dough sheeter is made of steel with the addition of Teflon, which prevents sticking.
