Also known as chef bases, these are ideal for those establishments that need to serve more varied menu choices with limited available kitchen space. Ideal for schools, hospitals etc. Refrigerated bases maximise floor space, allow easy access to refrigerated and frozen ingredients at cooking stations.

We stock a range of styles and options with differing number of drawer configurations and a variety of widths.

Some models are changeable between fridge and freezer mode in a matter of minutes, others mounted on either a solid worktop or with a heat shield top – useful for placing countertop griddles & or fryers on the cookline whilst still allowing easy access to refrigerated drawers below.

Employees will not need to leave their station to get what they need from larger fridges or freezers located elsewhere in the kitchen, improving productivity.
