Product Warranty Information
All the brands we sell come with their own manufactures standard warranty, these can vary from brand to brand but can also change depending on the length and type of warranty you chose when you purchased your equipment. Most brands come with a standard 1 year parts and labour warranty although some brands, come with a parts only warranty. Please ensure you are clear on the warranty before you make your purchase. Most manufactures will be very strict regarding their warranty terms.
If in the unlikely case you do experience any problems with your appliances we always suggest that you consult the troubleshooting guides in the user manuals in the first instance by looking through the manufactures website, if this does not solve the problem we always advise contacting the technical team, again this number should be listed on the manufactures website. We ask these measures are taken first to see if the fault can easily be rectified without an engineer. This also aims to avoid any unnecessary costs should the fault turn out to be user-error and not down to the machine.
If your issue cannot be resolved using the troubleshooting guide then please follow the warranty procedure that applies to you below.
