ACE 1000mm Electric Hotplate Griddle (EN656/661), 2 x 13amp plug is perfect for every catering establishment as it provides such a variety of uses. This may also be used as a boiling top. 90% of catering establishments will use one of these.
A great size for the busy restaurant and small café as it has two separate plugs so when not so busy you only need to use one half of the griddle.
