ACE 2 Pot Square Wet Bain Marie with Tap & Pans – Electric is of high quality stainless steel construction with a digital temperature display on the front to make your life easier when keeping things hot. This model comes with 2 x 1/2 (150mm deep) gastros and has a temperature range of 0-100°C. (Most other manufactures use a 85C thermostat which does not reach a high enough temperature when the bain-marie is full).
