Blue Seal E22M3 Manual Electric Convection Oven is a compact, electric appliance that comes fitted with a variety of kitchen friendly features as standard. The E22M3 is the ultimate commercial convection oven – ideal for baking, roasting and holding. The oven is controlled by a mechanical thermostat with a range of 50-260°C, it has a 60 minute bake timer and features dual halogen oven lamps.
These easy to use ovens have been designed with a clear understanding of customers need and the changing demands of the catering industry. The oven has a vitreous enamel oven chamber, stainless top and sides and safe touch vented easy clean side hinged door that offers field reversible hinging.
Its brand new innovative fan system produces an even and consistent cook, no matter whether roasting or baking, and it’s ability to hold 3 x 460mm x 330mm trays will ensure that you never have to worry about capacity.
