It has a steam injection and manual mode to give the user the maximum level of control over their cooking.
These easy to use ovens have been designed with a clear understanding of customers need and the changing demands of the catering industry. The oven has a vitreous enamel oven chamber, stainless top and sides and safe touch vented easy clean side hinged door that offers field reversible hinging.
