The E27D3 has 2 shelves and is the ultimate compact commercial convection oven – ideal for baking, roasting and holding. It will deliver high speed cooking with dependable reliability. Featuring up to 20 programs to perfect a versatile range of dishes including a three stage cooking function. It has a steam injection and manual mode to give the user the maximum level of control over their cooking.
These easy to use ovens have been designed with a clear understanding of customers need and the changing demands of the catering industry. The oven has a vitreous enamel oven chamber, stainless top and sides and safe touch vented easy clean side hinged door that offers field reversible hinging.
Its brand new innovative fan system produces an even and consistent cook, no matter whether roasting or baking, and it’s ability to hold 3 x 460mm x 660mm trays will ensure that you never have to worry about capacity.
