Part of the renowned Blue Seal Evolution Series range of commercial catering appliances, the Blue Seal E44E twin tank electric fryer has been designed with the busy caterer in mind.

Perfect for frying large quantities of chips, seafood, chicken and many other foods, the Blue Seal E44E features heavy duty stainless steel construction for durability and a large capacity cool zone to prevent oil degradation. Each tank has independent digital temperature controls and timers, providing versatility and precision which is vital in today¿s professional kitchen.

This model is equipped with easy to use digital display electronic controls with two baskets and stainless steel lid supplied as standard.
