Blue Seal E91B Electric Salamander is one of the most popular salamander grills in the professional kitchen, part of the Evolution Series. Blue Seal Evolution Series Gas and Electric Salamanders are versatile, easy to use and well equipped with performance features. They can be used for melting, grilling, gratinating and toasting. The heavy duty stainless steel construction throughout ensures that this premium salamander grill is exceptionally hard wearing, yet still user friendly and easy to clean.
Both gas and electric options will accept a Gastronorm GN 1/1 tray. An optional branding plate is ideal for cooking fish or steak.
