Blue Seal G570 Gas Target Top Static Oven Range is part of the Evolution Series. The Blue Seal Evolution Series is the next stage in a journey of continuous improvement. Sleeker in design, and built to accommodate the demands of today’s most passionate chefs, it promises even more performance than anything before it.
The Blue Seal G570 is a heavy duty oven with a solid top and a drop-down door oven. Blue Seals two stage burner offers accurate temperature control. Separate inner and outer rings provide infinitely variable heat. Heat radiates from the centre of the cook top offering true target top performance.
