Blue Seal GP514-CB 600mm Gas Griddle with Cabinet Base. Heavy-duty gas griddle designed to deliver top performance in any commercial food service application. All heavy-duty griddles have a standard 20mm plate for maximum heat retention and distribution. A new mirror chrome surface option, also available as smooth or ribbed, minimises heat loss by trapping more heat on the cooking surface.

*Choice of griddle surfaces: Simply order the optional griddle plate model number and unit is supplied with your nominated surface. Note: The standard plate is not included when ordering an optional griddle plate surface. Options must be specified at the placement of order.
All commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. Failure to do so will void the products warranty. Faulty installation, commissioning, misuse, abuse or user related problems are not covered under warranty.
A warranty call out will not be instigated without the name of the installing engineer and GAS SAFE REGISTRATION NUMBER.
