The Blue Seal GPE506 combines a high power 900mm ribbed/smooth chrome gas griddle and a 6.5kW double size gastronorm compatible oven. Made from durable and easy to clean stainless steel, this griddle oven is incredibly heavy duty and designed for constant every day commercial use.
