Blue Seal GT45 Vee Ray Single Tank 2 Baskets Gas Fryer, 20L is a highly versatile and robust single fryer, with twin baskets, by one of the best brands in the industry. Its stainless steel construction ensures it is robust and easy to clean, whilst its cleverly engineered front rail protects the operator and controls. Featuring a vitreous enamel control panel, with heavy duty large capacity wire baskets and rugged basket hanger, it also comes with a full 11/4″ drain valve for easy, mess-free draining. This fryer has a maximum output of 31kg of chips/hr.
