Blue Seal P12M Electric Prover and Holding Cabinet
The P12M Electric Prover and Holding Cabinet from Blue Seal has a twelve tray (600×400) capacity. It features an automatic-fill humidity generator and holding cabinet function, both of which can be operated via some simple, easy to use controls.
This cabinet can be used as a standalone appliance, or paired with or stacked with a Blue Seal convection (E32D4) oven to create one complete baking station.
