This Blue Seal Prover and Holding Cabinet is designed for individual use or a system installed with Turbofan E33D convection ovens. The P10M is part of the upgraded range of easy to use Provers/Holding Cabinets, both smart in design and even smarter in engineering. This model comes with an auto-fill humidity generator and holding cabinet function mode as standard.
