Carpigiani 161 T GSP Self-Pasteurizing Soft Serve Gelato Machine, 5L – may be the smallest countertop soft serve ice cream machine in the Carpigiani range, but is still big on performance and convenience. Key features include the innovative self-pasteurisation system, enabling extended cleaning cycles of up to 42 days, the user-friendly Hard-o-Tronic® electronic control system that ensures consistent product quality, and an air-cooled design that eliminates the need for bulky ventilation systems.
Now even cafes, restaurants, pastry shops, and shops with limited space can delight customers with excellent gelato, or a delicious frozen yoghurt, all thanks to its small footprint and intuitive design.
