Carpigiani Quartetto Floorstanding Combi Ice Cream Machine
Carpigiani Quartetto Floorstanding Combi Ice Cream Machine combines high-performance batch freezing with convenient refrigerated storage for gelato and sorbet. This innovative floor-standing unit freezes, stores, and preserves your gelato and sorbets (up to 2-3kg per cycle!) in four dedicated, chilled pans. Ideal for use in any restaurant kitchen, the Quartetto is part of the range from Carpigiani, a name synonymous with gelato mastery for over a century.
Featuring the Hard-O-Tronic® advanced system for precise texture control, the machines detect when the gelato has reached optimum consistency and maintain it until extraction. No more bulky equipment or struggling to maintain ideal temperatures – the Quartetto keeps your frozen creations ready to scoop, perfectly consistent, all day long.
