With a powerful forced air heat system, food is kept crispy for longer, helping to significantly reduce waste as well as queue times. The clever design ensures steam and food vapours are pulled away, helping to maintain the quality of food.
Food is brought quickly to the proper holding temperature, maintaining crispness… up to 4 times longer than with heat lamps.
