DC PG50A IS D Premium Glasswasher with Break Tank, Drain Pump, Integral Softener, 500mm Basket features a new sleek, user-friendly interface with an LCD display and soft touch controls. Choose from 4 pre-programmed cycles or customise your wash with the unique “My Wash” feature. The advanced control panel allows real-time temperature monitoring, logging of previous cycles, and even engineer diagnostic mode for ultimate control. Packed with innovative technology like superior auto-dosing units, an insulated boiler for efficiency, and a double-skinned cabinet for noise reduction, the PG50 A IS D tackles dishes with ease while maximising space with its extra-tall wash height. For added flexibility, 30A machines can be derated to 20A or 13A to suit your electrical setup (upon request).
This glasswasher has a break tank which is required for high-risk areas such as Schools, Care Homes, Nurseries or Hospitals where contamination of the water supply would be detrimental to hygiene and health.

Water softener: All ware washing machines require a softener if the water supply exceeds 100ppm. Having an external or internal softener fitted will greatly improve washing results, lower running costs, and increase the lifespan of your machine. Please note that internal softeners are only suitable for cold water. When connecting your machine to a hot water supply, make sure you specify a hot water softener.
Electricity supply: The electricity supply you need depends on the machine you are buying. Carefully check the amperage rating of the machine to ensure you have an adequate supply.
Drain pump: A drain pump is required when the waste outlet is higher than the drain outlet of the machine.
Break tank: Type A break tanks are required for commercial dishwashers connected to the mains water supply.
Water pressure & flow rate: To ensure optimal performance, your machine needs a water pressure of 2-4 bar (28-56psi). Anything less or more than this could negatively impact wash performance. If you have low water pressure, consider purchasing an internal or external rinse booster pump. The minimum flow rate is 10 litres per minute (approximately 2.6 gallons per minute).
