Falcon E3101 4HP Dominator Plus 4 Hotplate Oven Range 2/1 GN, comes with TWO full depth heavy duty cast iron hotplates, and TWO circular ‘fast’ hotplates to allow for multiple cooking positions across the hob, and a large 2/1 GN compatible oven. The electric Dominator Plus E3101 4HP is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment available for the modern kitchen. The oven has five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard and a temperature range of 100-250°C. The vitreous enamelled oven chamber has a full width removable drip tray, making it simpler to clean and to keep clean. Unit is supplied on adjustable feet.
