Falcon G3101HD/P Dominator Plus Heavy Duty 6 Burner Oven Range, Propane Gas is part of the G3101 range which has long been the cornerstone of kitchens up and down the country, offering a level of performance, reliability and ease of use that other models strive to match.

The new G3101HD delivers the next level of power and performance. Six 6.9kW twin flame burners are 30% more powerful than on the G3101, delivering faster heat-up times and more energy efficiency. There are three heavy-duty cast iron pan supports that are robust and long-lasting, as well as being shaped to ensure the burner flames are directed into the pot rather than escaping into the atmosphere. The hob is completed with removable drip sheds under the burners that catch any spills and debris and can easily be taken out and washed in any size of sink.

The 7.1kW oven features a drop-down door with a full width, robust handle which makes it easy to access the large 2/1 GN sized oven. This oven has five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied. Trays need to be placed on the oven shelf as the oven itself is the full width of the unit, making it wider than a standard 2/1 GN container. The oven is lit by way of a simple push-button piezo ignition and has a temperature range of 120-270°C. The vitreous enamelled finish makes it easy to clean and maintain.

The unit is finished with a high flue, which limits the chances of debris falling through the ventilation gaps, as well as guarding against excessive splashing on to the wall of the kitchen.
