Italian GGF Pizza Dough Roller with foot pedal enables you to roll 10”-16”pizza bases quickly and accurately. Built by GGF, one of the best Italian manufacturers of pizza equipment, this is part of the new 235 range from GGF and features a full metal gear assembly. It has been designed to solve all your dough shaping problems for pizza, bread and cakes. Please be aware that there is an older model of the GGF S42 roller that has a plastic gear assembly, these are not from the 235 range and are therefore being retailed at a cheaper price. A metal gear will ensure your machine should last the duration of the machines life.
The thickness is adjustable, allowing you to customise the thickness to your liking! This will make shaping dough more practical and easier than you ever thought possible!

1 years parts and labour. Please note it is essential that your dough roller is kept clean at all times. When dough is left it can harden and seriously damage the parts in your machine. This kind of damage is very evident to an engineer so please keep your machine clean to ensure the warranty is valid.
