IMPERIAL CIR-4 Four Burner Gas Oven Range with Splashback & Shelf
IMPERIAL CIR-4 Four Burner Gas Oven Range with Splashback & Shelf is part of the Restaurant range of 610mm wide ovens from Imperial. Construction is a stainless steel front, sides, back guard, shelf, landing ledge and kick plate with welded and polished stainless steel seams. Control knobs are durable cast aluminium with a vylox heat protection grip. Full width, removable crumb tray under open burners for easy cleaning.

PYROCENTRIC™ BURNER HEADS – STANDARD
- Two rings of flame for even cooking no matter the pan size
- PyroCentric™ 32,000 BTU (9 KW) anti-clogging burner with a 7,000 BTU/hr. (2 KW) low simmer feature
- Oven will be supplied on feet (not castors as shown in image)
OPTIONAL BURNER HEAD:
- Optional, interchangeable Saute and Wok Jet burner heads
LIFT OFF FRONT GRATES:
- 12″ x 11″ (305 x 279 mm) size
- Heavy-duty cast iron construction
- Anti-clogging pilot shield protects the pilot from grease and debris
- Grate actually provides the shield
- Pots slide easily from section to section and onto the landing ledge
- 12″ x 12″ (305 x 305 mm) size for Step-up Range models
LIFT-OFF BACKGRATES:
- 12″ x 13″ (305 x 330 mm) size back grate
- Sized for positioning large stock pots directly over burner
- Features a hot air dam that deflects heat onto the stock pot, not the backguard
- 12″ x 12″ (305 x 305 mm) size for Step-up Range models
