IMPERIAL ITG-36 Gas Thermostat Controlled Griddle
IMPERIAL ITG-36 Gas Thermostat Controlled Griddle is part of the range of thermostatically controlled griddles from Imperial. Constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel front, sides and one piece rolled ledge, welded and polished stainless steel seams and 4″ chrome plated legs included.
ITG-36 PRODUCT FEATURES:
- Thick 1″ highly polished steel griddle plate maintains selected temperatures and assures quick recovery
- Optional chrome griddle top also available
- Aeration baffles between burners spreads heat across the griddle for more even heating
- Stainless steel grease gutter
- Large 1 gal (3.8L) capacity grease can with weep hole to indicate when full
- 30,000 BTU/hr burners every 305mm
- Total Gas Output: 90,000BTU/26kw
- Power: Natural Gas or LPG model options.
