Lincat FWDG Food Warming Drawers are designed to hold hot food, in perfect condition, for extended periods. The Lincat FWDG Food Warming Drawers has a pre-set thermostat which keeps food at a constant temperature. There is a humidity facility that keeps contents moist for extended periods. There are large removable drawers for ease of cleaning which are GN compatible.
Featuring thermostatic control and a water reservoir to maintain humidity levels, Lincat food warming drawers ensure that food products are held in perfect condition. They are suitable for bread and pastry products, as well as potatoes, chicken and other meats.
