The Lincat OE8205 Opus 800 Griddle Steel Plate Width 600mm has a large steel cooking area that retains heat for longer in turn allowing for continuous use with minimal loss of excess heat. It has been built for the varying demands of the commercial kitchen. The griddle features two independently controlled heat zones to reduce wasted energy during the less busy periods of the day. Cooking a Full English Breakfast has never been easier than it is with the Opus 800 Electric Griddle, which utilises a maximised cooking area. Two separately controlled heat zones give you the versatility of operating either zone independently when cooking two separate meals simultaneously, or to provide a smaller cooking area during quieter periods. Ideal for any busy commercial kitchen, whatever you decide to cook, from meat, to eggs, to vegetables, you’re in control.
