Lincat OE8205/C Opus 800 Griddle Chrome Plate is heavy duty and has a powerful performance with a large cooking area. This griddle is designed to cope with demanding usage.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
- Maximised cooking area, griddle plates sit flush to the sides of the unit
- Left and right independently controlled heat zones for flexibility and economy during quiet periods
- Precise thermostatic control from 90°C – 300°C for consistent results and economical operation
- 15 mm thick griddle plate
- Large 2 litre collection draw
- 48 mm round aperture grease drain
- Single Phase or Three Phase options available. Requires Installation, requires hardwiring.
