The Lincat OE8205/R Opus 800 Griddle Half Ribbed Plate is a heavy duty griddle with a powerful performance and large cooking area. This griddle is designed to cope with demanding usage. This griddle has a useful half ribbed plate, giving you the option to brand your food making it look great!
