Lincat OE8206 Opus 800 Griddle Steel Plate has a large steel cooking area that retains heat for longer in turn allowing for continuous use with minimal loss of excess heat. It has been built for the varying demands of the commercial kitchen. The griddle features two independently controlled heat zones to reduce wasted energy during the less busy periods of the day.
The newly redesigned Opus 800 range offers an increased capacity, are more eco-friendly and have a sleek new look to suit any modern kitchen.
