The Lincat OG8110 Single Tank Gas Fryer, 300mm wide, 14L Oil Capacity is part of the Opus 800 range and comes with 2 years parts and labour warranty as standard.
This fryer is strong and durable with a fully welded stainless steel body. Opus 800 equipment is built using the highest quality components, ensuring powerful performance and exceptional reliability. It is designed to ensure rapid recovery for higher output and hob burners offer precise control.

- OF1 Gravity Filtration Kit (OG8110 only) – The integral gravity filtration accessory converts the base model into a fryer with two-stage gravity filtration. This extends oil life, reduces disposal costs and provides a better tasting product for longer.
All gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe qualified engineer. Failure to comply with installation legislation will lead to invalidation of warranty.
Pumped Filtration Option (OP models) OG8110/OP/N
Pumped filtration option (/OP) The integral pumped filtration option enables oil to be filtered and the fryer ready for use again in less than 5 minutes. Oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot, maximising oil life. This eliminates the need to lift heavy containers, reducing contact with hot oil and the chances of hazardous spillages. This option is supplied with a hose with lance for easy discharge of oil into a waste container.
