Lincat OG8202/C Gas Griddle, Chrome Plate has two separately controlled heat zones. This gives you the option of operating either zone independently to provide a smaller cooking area during quiet periods as well as offering versatility when cooking two separate meals simultaneously. Built for safety, the OG8202/C features fully welded stainless steel construction for durability. Convenient piezo ignition and pilot burners allow for standby operation, while flame failure protection ensures safety. Like all Opus 800 equipment, it’s built using the highest quality components, ensuring powerful performance and exceptional reliability.
