Lincat OG8202 Gas Griddle, Machined Steel is high quality and durable 800mm deep heavy duty prime cooking equipment. The griddle has independently controlled cooking zones and a 16mm thick steel griddle plate to assure even heat distribution. The griddle is part of the Opus 800 range which offers a wide choice of gas and electric appliances including oven ranges, boiling tops, induction hobs, griddles, grills, chargrills, fryers and steamers.
The Lincat Opus Griddle is strong and durable, with fully welded stainless steel construction. Opus 800 equipment is built using the highest quality components, ensuring powerful performance and exceptional reliability.
