Description
The PSR162 is a high-opening panini press kit designed for use with compatible Merrychef conneX® high-speed ovens. This taller format allows extra space between grill plates — ideal for cooking larger items like stacked paninis, filled wraps, or baguettes.
Using the supplied paddle, food is easily guided into place between the upper and lower plates. Once the paddle is removed, the top grill plate lowers automatically to apply pressure and begin cooking, ensuring even contact and fast, uniform results.
This is a complete kit that includes everything needed for day-to-day operation and maintenance.
