Metcalfe EP15 Bench Mounted Potato Peeler is a 6.8kg automatic potato rumbler in Hammer Grey offering time-saving high output potato peeling for the commercial kitchen. Designed for ease of use and convenience, the rumbler intelligently eliminates water leakage and uses a V-belt transmission for noiseless operation. In addition, the innovative peeling chamber features cast-in serrations, which reduce potato loss during the peeling process – saving money and reducing waste.

- Rotor plate coated on both sides, doubling its life. Fine grained abrasive for new potatoes on one side and coarse grained for regular potatoes on the other
- Inside wall of peeling chamber has patented cast-in abrasive serrations which dispenses with the need for abrasive coating
