MOFFAT D2HTNG Drop-In Hot Top/Food Warmer
Moffat D2HTNG Drop-In Hot Top/Food Warmer is a hot display with individual Neo-Ceram glass, GN 1/1 size, thermo panels collectively governed by an energy-regulating control. Designed to maintain precooked food at serving temperature, this unit is not induction type, eliminating the need for dedicated food pans. It can be used with any suitable heatproof food container, except for cast iron. Chafing dishes are not required. The surface temperature of the panels is adjustable up to a maximum of 100°C. As this model does not include an overhead gantry, an alternative panel-mounted remote control box is provided.
