Roller Grill RBE 25 Electric Panoramic Rotisserie enables you to roast easily and in large quantities up to 25 pieces of poultry or pieces of meat (chicken, game, leg of lamb, roast etc), you just need to put the meat in the 5 swings to roast it ! Swings are connected to a rotating shaft for homogeneous cooking. This high-performance electric rotisserie is designed for sellers of roast meat, butchers and supermarkets, and comes equipped with three heating elements for homogeneous cooking. The infrared quartz tubes in the upper part radiate a radiation of 1050 ° C on the meat to be roasted which enables the meat to cook at the core. The Incoloy heating elements in the lower part allow to perfect homogeneous cooking, and the halogen lighting focuses the heat on roasted meat.
This professional electric rotisserie is very easy to clean: the swings, the rotating shaft, the reflectors and the anti-wave juice tray are completely removable.
