Roller Grill RBE 80Q Electric Rotisserie with Display Shelf roasts 4 large free-range chickens or 8 pieces of poultry on its 2 spits. This compact vertical grill is ideal for small butcher shops, food trucks, and traditional restaurants.
Equipped with 6 independently regulated infrared quartz ramps controlled by a 4-position switch, the rotisserie ensures even cooking for poultry, meat pieces (game, leg of lamb, roasts, etc.) thanks to the 1050°C radiant heat. Both spits boast independent, ventilated motors. A large juice-collecting tray catches drippings and can even keep warmed potatoes moist with the chicken juices.
Cleaning the RBE 80Q is easy. The completely removable juice tray is dishwasher-safe, and the spits can be removed by hand or with two hooks.
