Roller Grill RE 2 Heated Display/Holding Cabinet
Roller Grill RE 2 Heated Display/Holding Cabinet is a panoramic ventilated heated display that allows you to store and keep warm chickens, game, roasted pieces or any other preparation. This heating cabinet is also used as a base and support for the electric rotisserie with swings RBE 25. Mounted on wheels, this complete unit can be installed outdoors at the entrance to the butcher’s or delicatessen. The halogen lamp concentrates more heat on the products and highlights them through the 4 glass walls. The RE 2 is delivered with 10 display grids, and for easy cleaning, the grids and side scales are removable and machine washable. It can also be fitted with GN 1/1 trays.
