Sammic CA-21 Vegetable Prep Machine (1-Speed) is part of the new Active Range from Sammic of commercial vegetable preparation, cutting mechanisms and emulsifying machines. Specifically re-designed with high precision adjustments to obtain a uniform and excellent quality cut.
