Self-closing doors and a replaceable gasket ensure cool air stays trapped inside. The GSS20 accepts Gastronorm pans (not included) and offers 1/1 Gastronorm cupboard space for additional storage. It also boasts a gastronorm well with a hinged lid for keeping ingredients chilled, and a separate saladette well that accommodates various pan sizes up to 150mm deep.
