Refund Policy

RETURNS (New Equipment Only)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please confirm in writing immediately or within 48 hours if the equipment is faulty or damaged. If the Goods are not what you ordered or you wish to return the Goods for another reason it is important you do not remove any of the plastic wrapping on the equipment, plug it in or use it in any way. Please call us immediately on 01379 641223 if you wish to return the item.

In some instances a restocking fee of 10% may apply to goods returned that are not faulty, damaged or missing party or wanting to be exchanged or returned for another reason.

Reconditioned Goods are exempt from being returned unless agreed in writing. Reconditioned Goods can only be returned or refunded unless the goods are not as described or not working.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless otherwise instructed and agreed by us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You must inspect the Goods on delivery or collection.

You must identify any damages or shortages; you must inform us in writing within 2 days of delivery, providing details.

Other than by agreement, we will only accept returned Goods if we are satisfied that those Goods are defective and if required, have carried out an inspection.

Subject to your compliance with this clause and/or our agreement, you may return the Goods and we will, as appropriate, repair or replace, or refund the Goods or part of them.

We will be under no liability or further obligation in relation to the Goods if:

a. You fail to provide notice as set above; and/or
b. You make any further use of such Goods after giving notice under the clause above relating to damages and shortages; and/or
c. The defect arises because you did not follow our oral or written instructions about storage, commissioning, installation, use and maintenance of the Goods; and/or
d. The defect arises from normal wear and tear of the Goods; and/or
e. The defect arises from misuse or alteration of the Goods, negligence, willful damage or any other act by you, your employees or agents or any third parties.

You bear the risk and cost of returning the Goods.

Acceptance of the Goods will be deemed to be upon inspection of them by you and in any event within 4 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@angliacateringequipment.com and send your item to (unless otherwise instructed): Unit 4, Vinces Road, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4HQ, United Kingdom.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Anglia Catering Equipment, Long Meadow Workshop, High Road, Bressingham, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 5XN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
