Savour the Flavour – It’s National Sausage Week! From Monday, 28th October to Sunday, 3rd November, the UK is celebrating its annual ode to all things sausage – UK Sausage Week. Organised by YPL Exhibitions & Events and exclusively backed by Meat Management magazine, this nationwide event is designed to spotlight the versatility and deliciousness of sausages.
