Slice Like a Pro – National Butcher’s Week Sale on Infernus Meat Slicers!
In recognition of National Butcher’s Week, we’re thrilled to announce a special sale on our top-of-the-line Infernus HBS300 and HBS250 meat slicers! These powerful machines make effortless work of all your slicing needs, from wafer-thin deli meats to hearty cuts for stews.
Why use a meat slicer?
The benefits go far beyond convenience. By slicing your own meats, you’re guaranteed the freshest cuts and can save money by buying in bulk. Plus, you’ll have complete control over the thickness and uniformity of your slices, ensuring perfectly portioned meals and restaurant-quality results.
Why choose Infernus?
The Infernus range boasts impressive features, including heavy-duty, commercial-grade construction for years of reliable use. Adjustable blade settings allow you to achieve precise cuts for any recipe, while the powerful motors ensure smooth, consistent slicing.
But Infernus defies expectations! While professional-grade quality often comes at a premium, these slicers deliver exceptional performance and durability at a budget-friendly price. This translates to incredible value for money, ensuring you get restaurant-quality results without the restaurant-sized price tag.
Which model is for me?
The main difference between the Infernus HBS250 and HBS300 meat slicers lies in the blade size: 250mm and 300mm respectively (roughly 9.8″ and 11.8″). This seemingly small difference in diameter translates to a few key distinctions:
Capacity: The larger 300mm blade of the HBS300 can handle bigger cuts of meat, making it ideal for those who frequently deal with large roasts, hams, or briskets.
Manoeuverability: The HBS250, with its slightly smaller 250mm blade, has a more compact footprint and might be easier to situate on a countertop with limited space. It’s still perfectly capable for most smaller establishments and can handle most cuts of meat.
Maximum Slice Width: The larger blade of the HBS300 allows for slightly wider slices compared to the HBS250. This can be beneficial for certain applications, like preparing thick-cut deli meats or hearty sandwich fillings.
Ultimately, the best choice between the HBS250 and HBS300 depends on your specific needs. If you primarily slice smaller cuts or have limited counter space, the HBS250 might be sufficient. However, if you regularly deal with larger cuts or desire the flexibility of wider slices, the HBS300 would be the better option.
